I'm Stefania - a Tech Product Manager with a Gastronomy degree and a deep love for the people who feed us.
I've worked inside the office of Osteria Francescana (3 Michelin stars, twice voted World's Best Restaurant), launched markets for catering scale-ups, and spent 5+ years building a productivity SaaS used by thousands.
Now I bring tech-world rigor - onboarding, retention, lifecycle, automations - to hospitality teams who deserve tools as thoughtful as their tasting menus.
I've lived and worked in Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Colombia and India - six countries that taught me to read different cultures, kitchens and teams. It's the same instinct I bring to every client.
